How does payment work?

The transaction is completed through Paypal. You do not need to have a Paypal account to be able to submit your credit card information. If you have a Promo Code, be sure to enter it on the form to receive your discount.

How long do I have to wait until receiving my login/certification information?

Typically, account access is immediate upon completion of payment. Please contact us if you do not hear from us after 1 business day of completing your purchase. Make sure to check your Spam folder for emails.

How long will I have access to Metrix?

With a promo code, you have a 60-day free trial. If purchasing for $99, you have 180-day (6-month) access to take courses. Access starts from the time you receive your subscription confirmation. At the end of your license period, your account data is preserved, but you will not be able to launch courses. Pending contracts with your local workforce board, you may be able to continue Metrix Learning access after your 60-day trial.

How many times can I take a course?

You can take any course as many times as you wish. However, if you already completed a course, re-taking it will reset your score.

Do I have to complete an activity in one sitting?

No, you will be able to bookmark your place in a course and return to it at another time. However, for certification practice tests, you will have to complete the entire test in one sitting.

I have previously used Metrix and I want to keep the work I've done. Can I continue using the same username?

Yes, when registering for Metrix Learning make sure you verify that you have used Metrix Learning before. This way we can match your information with your existing Metrix profile.
